Research Time

Just pass by Dr. Man's room, then have a talk with him. He gives me some advices:

• First year u have to read 100-200 papers.
  
• Not like undergraduate, be critical to the papers, find the short-comings to improve, don't believe in papers totally
  
• Everyday go to library one to read everything, to open your mind.
  
• Work hard, and make a good schedule everyday.
  
• Do the job and solve problems yourself, don't rely on your supervisor
